Iran’s ‘Adjustment’ to vie at Busan filmfest

Iranian ‘Adjustment’ is to vie at the Busan Int’l Short filmfest in South Korea.

Iranian short flick ‘Adjustment’ has been scheduled to take part in the Busan International Short Film Festival (BISFF) in South Korea.

The 15-minute short, directed by Mehrdad Hassani, will compete at the 39th edition of the Korean event.

‘Adjustment’ tells the story of little kid who has been shamed and pushed away by his family and friends. Having been through variety of ordeals and with a messed up mind and identity, Shahrokh, must face the people of his village and show up in the class before his classmates.

The key cast members of the flick are Mansour Nasiri, Moeen Asoudeh and Fatemeh Moradi.

The BISFF has been launched in 1980 as the Korean Short Film Festival. It was the first short film festival to appear in Korea.

The festival aims to discover and introduce outstanding short films from around the world.

The 39th edition of the BISFF will take place on April 27-May 2, 2022.
